Work is the new school.

Once upon a time we spent several hours in a four-cornered institution imbibing the fundamentals of language, grammar, science and commerce. For nothing less than 8-hours daily for a period of 20 years most of us went through this routine and this shaped us to be the individuals we are today. Experience, history, circumstances, you name it.
